Oli Brown is a Norfolk-born award-winning guitarist/songwriter who brings a perfect blend of origins & a distinctive alternative roots sound with a certain weight and earnestness. Oli is initially recognised as a blues musician, winning several awards as Best Guitarist, Best Band, and Best Singer at the British Blues Awards, and toured and supported Joe Satriani & Buddy Guy. Oli formed the rock band Raven Eye and had international tours with Slash, Deep Purple, and Aerosmith, as festival appearances at Download (UK & Madrid), Reading & Leeds & Hellfest. Oli brings us his latest creation in the form of Oli Brown & The Dead Collective and today delivers the colossal melodic track
Haunted (Ft Jo Quail), please sit back as I take us through this mesmerising piece of work.
Haunted – Haunted(Ft Jo Quail) – Acoustic strumming chords ooze into the arrangement as we get killer soulful vocals that have depth and direction. The cool tones instantly settle you into the groove as we feel the emotion pouring from these musicians as they take us down a different path with this real deep thought provoking composition, we have incredible strings that are allowing this piece to really grab us and tell its own incredible story. We are losing ourselves in the passion that is pouring from these guys as the fantastic stringed section takes us on a journey that just lets the track breathe and lose us in the passion that is coming from this astounding track.
