Review By Darren McIntyre

Robert Jon & The Wreck are a blues rock 5 piece hailing from Orange County, Southern California who have been riding on the crest of a wave at the minute, sold out European tours, award winning live album that has seen them gather new fans from far &and wide. The boys are one of the hardest working rock n roll bands on the scene at the minute and have been touring constantly throughout Europe / USA and beyond, the boys brought us their stonking single Worried Mind from their soon to be released new album Red Moon Rising due for release June 28th, now they follow that with the heartfelt anthem Give Love which I will be reviewing for you today.
Give Love – This real thought provoking number comes in with killer keys that just sets the scene as the soothing blues vocals wander in and really give this track depth. The rhythm section is handing us a smooth punchy snare drum beat that takes this track up a notch or two as we feel the soul flowing through this fantastic offering, we have a meaty bassline that is handing us sweet delicious tones that just take this track down the road as the boys dig deep and really give us a swaying blues ballad that ticks all the boxes as they give us sweet, crisp guitar licks that just take your breathe away with it’s depth and real touching tones that are awesome. The whole arrangement brings a softer side to these Orange County rockers as they deliver a sweet outpouring of love that is just on the money.
