Mangata Festivals Phenomenal Growth: 2024 Edition Nearly Sold Out!

Nottingham, United Kingdom 13/07/2024Mangata Festival, the premier heavy music event in Nottingham City Centre, returns on 13th July for its biggest edition yet.Taking place across four vibrant venues: Rescue Rooms, Red Room, Ghost Nightclub, and the Tap & Tumbler.Headliners include Hacktivist, Viscera, PIJN, and Ritual King, with notable performances from Boss Keloid, Skarlett Riot and Raised by Owls.Mangata Festival is back and bigger than ever! Following a complete sellout in 2023, the festival has seen unprecedented ticket sales for 2024. With the addition of a new stage at Ghost Nightclub, Mangata Festival is poised to accommodate more fans while continuing to expand its presence in Nottingham’s thriving music scene. This remarkable growth underlines the festival’s burgeoning reputation and popularity.

In line with this expansion, Mangata Festival is excited to announce its partnership with two beloved local breweries. Liquid Light has crafted a special hazy pale ale named Serious Moonlight, and Blue Monkey Brewery will debut their Cinder Toffee Stout at the event. These collaborations emphasize the festival’s commitment to celebrating local culture and community spirit.

Kris Graham-Martin, the festival’s organizer, shares, “Mangata Festival has always aimed to support and highlight our local underground scene. We are ecstatic about our partnerships with these fantastic local breweries. Our goal is for Mangata Festival to be a true celebration of our community, and we look forward to involving even more Nottingham-based businesses in the future.”
