Single – The Fall
Release date – 26th July
Review by Linda McDermott
Critically acclaimed five-piece Northeast rock band Odin’s Revenge are pleased to announce the release of the first single, ‘The Fall’ from their forthcoming debut album ‘The Buried and the Broken’.
“The Fall” explores a relationship that we’re all familiar with, falling for someone that you know will be your downfall. The excitement and gratification is apparent at a cost of glossing over a deep sense of dread. Ignoring the red flags that this relationship will be the annihilation of you because you’ve chosen a partner that is wrong for you on every level and does not have your best interests at heart. The pull towards unconscious self-destruction is difficult to break free from.
The single will be released on Friday, July 26th, 2024, followed by more singles throughout the year and their debut album ‘The Buried and the Broken in late 2024. To celebrate the release of the single, Odin’s Revenge will perform at Scoop Music Festival, Lanchester, County Durham on Friday, July 26th, 2024.

The Band
Heather Price – Vocals
Steve Armstrong – Lead Guitar
Martin Fowler – Rhythm Guitar
Graham Smith – Bass Guitar
Tamsyn ‘Taz’ Kerr – Drums
The song is a blend of raw energy and melody in the shape of abundant guitar riffs accompanied by distinctive vocals from Heather, creating a powerful contrast to the song. Their new release showcases how to merge intensity with melody and is a strong sign of things to come on their forth coming album.
With years of experience under their belt Odin’s Revenge bring the discipline of experienced musicianship to the table. Having played venues such as the 02 Academy in Newcastle, they are used to delivering a high energy experience that can be enjoyed by all music lovers alike. In competition they thrive under pressure, enjoying success in a number of ‘Battle of the Bands’ style competitions, winning over crowds of rock and mainstream music fans and bringing their unique fusion of melodic rock and metal influence. With a taste of comfortable classic rock infused into their original style, they bring an old school style into a very current sound.
The band are now signed to TowerRok Band Management and are now on the journey of moving from a local band to a national one and therefore booking for gigs UK wide.
