Kim Jennett is a rock vocalist from Stockton Heath, Northern England who has a formidible stage presence and a voice to match, Kim has had stints in bands such as Voodoo Blood & Revival Black but is more comfortable shining in front of the mic doing her thing. Kim has rocked the stage @ Download and The Voice but decided the world needs more sass and swagger so has written a little ditty Hell Is Wherever You Are which is about breakups and how to get to the next step, this is a taster for when she hits the road soon so please settle in as I run the rule over this blistering new offering from this talented musician that will have us reaching for the repeat button.

Hell Is Wherever You Are – Rocking groovy vocals let this track get underway as a shredding guitar riff gives this arrangement real oomph as the melodic groove grabs our attention. The cool rhythm section kicks in with a real solid snare drum beat that lets the bass kicks wrap themselves around this cool groover track as the cymbal snaps let the beat flow, the fist pumping, foot stomping tone changes direction for a bit as Kim lets her cool, soulful vocals take this track onwards as we just lose ourselves in the musicality as the whole composition just bubbles and really lets us feel the maturity oozing from Kim as this track is a real coming of age piece that shows us just what she is made of. The pulsing tones and catchy grooves make this a sure fire winner and will let people know that Kim is back and back with a bang for sure, sharp, crisp, melodic with bags of swagger that will have you reaching for the repeat button for sure.
