Emerging from the vibrant Northeast rock scene, Thieves of Liberty drops their long-awaited debut album, Shangri-La, delivering a masterful blend of modern hard rock energy and infectious, feel-good anthems. The quartet—composed of James Boak on vocals, Kieran Wilson and Liam Lindsley on guitars, Tom Bushby on drums, and Pete Kinmond on bass—has crafted a record brimming with adrenaline, memorable riffs, and a touch of classic rock charm.
The standout track, “Sweet As Today,” is already generating buzz as the album’s second single. Clocking in at over five minutes, it’s an irresistible rock anthem defined by intricate guitar work, pounding rhythms, and a vocal hook that feels destined to stay in your head.
