Returning for its highly anticipated 5th Anniversary to it’s Lincolnshire home at the Showground, Call Of The Wild is certainly bringing an internationally global affair to celebrate this truly phenomenal milestone with five out of the six headline acts jetting in to join us in the celebrations. From it’s humble beginnings, Call Of The Wild is attracting international acts whilst offering unparalleled value for money and an unbeatable array of top-tier talent.

Already announced for the Kilmister Stage are rising Canadian rockers The Commoners headlining Friday and from Finland the King of Glam-Punk and sax, Michael Monroe closing festivities on Sunday night. Upstaged Ltd is absolutely thrilled to announce that Saturdays headliner are the leather clad, disco fuelled Swedish rockers Royal Republic who are sure toignite the crowd into a frenzy of fist-pumping, hip-swaying, party vibes. Having just completed a very successful UK tour we are sure their high energy, electrifying live show will bring Call Of The Wild to it’s knees. Their latest album ‘LoveCop’ is described by the band as ‘Powerdisco’, we couldn’t think of a better description ourselves.

Joining them as very special guests will be fellow countrymen Bonafide, fronted by the charismatic Pontus Snibb who describe their mission is to ‘play hard rock the way it’s supposed to be played, true to it’s roots in the electric blues and early R&B’.

Headlining on the Southall Lawless Stage we have fast rising British Heavy Metal band Tailgunner on Friday, from Hamberg Germany Lucifer Star Machineplay their fired-up Rock’n’Roll, combining the attitude and energy of Punk with the musicianship of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal headlining Saturday evening and completing the weekend Sweden’s Trench Dogs on Sunday. Lets not forget, making their first visit to the UK, we are incredibly excited to welcome Australian melodic rock band, Sisters Doll, who make their Exclusive UK festival appearance at Call Of The Wild.

New announcements today also include Scotland’s Big Iron who were shortlisted for Best Live Rock act in the Scottish Live Music Awards, also joining them is possibly our youngest band to date with an average age of 15 Retsecrows. Unfortunately due to tour commitments Pryma have had to drop out, however, we’re thrilled to bring you the unbelievable Lesbian Bed Death.
