Review By Darren McIntyre

Landmvrks are a 5 piece metalcore outfit from Marseille, France who are known for their signature punishing riffs, melodic hooks & deeply personal lyricism. The boys spent a large chunk of 2024 on the road where they were honing their skills and with their music they have amassed over 900,000 Spotify streams, the boys are picking up where they left off and are preparing for a North American Tour and will also drop their new album The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been slated for release April 25th. The boys release their new single A Line In The Dust(Ft While She Sleeps) which I will be reviewing for you today.

A Line In The Dust(Ft While She Sleeps) – The tracks opens with a real crunching guitar riff that has sampler grooves running through it as this soaring monster reveals itself. The pounding rhythm section is commanding the room with a flurry of double bass kicks that are wrapped in a solid snare drum punch that just gives this track real depth, the grungy rocking monster track is a real punch in the face as the boys dig deep and bring us a real rockin n rolling track that has us throwing our horns in the air as the pounding beat consumes us with it’s real catchy growler lyrics that transport us to somewhere new as this colossal monster builds and builds as we feel the energy, attitude ripple through this awesome track as the boys just give it to us and then some, we will be reaching for the repeat button for sure.
