Knightclub – FEUERSCHWANZ

German comedic medieval metal band Feuerschwanz are back with their latest track “Knightclub”. The track is accompanied by music video that shows a direct play on words with medieval knights partying in a castle dressed in full armour. The track starts off with a Celtic feel through the use of traditional instruments before the incorporation of more conventional metal stylings on guitar and drums. The chorus sung in English is really catchy and you hand imagine a crowd jumping along and singing back at the band. The pounding drums helps deliver a very European style high tempo catchy track that also incorporates verses sung in the bands native tongue.

This is my first encounter with the band am I really enjoyed this new single and will definitely be exploring their back catalogue.

The band will be playing Bloodstock festival later this year as well as multiple dates in Germany.
