Jessica Lynn is being hailed as a rocket force and Country music’s next big star, not only is she a singer / songwriter but is a multi instrumentalist as well and plays piano, guitar, harmonica and the drums.Jessica has toured relentlessly over the last 4 years and has graced the stage with many a musician that includes Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Richard Marx, Montgomery Gentry, Lonestar, The Allman Betts Band, ZZ Top and the Queen Of Country Loretta Lynn. Jessica was meant to be here on  her The Lone Rider Tour in Britain in 2022,  due to the global pandemic but it wasn’t meant to be, but  she can’t wait to give us a real taste of what is to come. To date  I have had  the pleasure of reviewing  Love Me That Way, Now Or Never and  Getaway Car,  Roadhouse which is a tip of the hat to all the dives she has played in over the years and has helped her reach global stardom where she finds herself today, Jessica has been busy in the studio writing and recording new music and with the combined efforts of Guy Balbaert & Tom Lodewyckx she brings us her infectious new single Love You Again which I will be reviewing for you today.

Love You Again – A cool ick guitar riff lingers from the outset as this real toe tapping blues / country groover gets underway as Jessica leans in with her melodic, soulful vocals that really lets this track shine. The rhythm section is coming through with solid snare drum beats as the bass kicks let the groove wander effortlessly through the arrangement, the addition of piano & Hammond style keys really lifts this piece somewhat as we feel the maturity oozing from this real punchy number. The tempo changes pace a little as we get a slick, clean guitar solo that brings depth and swagger to this real country / blues effort as Jessica showcases her emotion and vulnerability throughout the whole track that just takes you along for the journey as we tap our toes and feel the groove wrap itself around us.
