Creye Only You Single Review frontiersmusicsrl

Review By Darren McIntyre

Creye are a hard-rocking 5-piece band from Sweden who originally formed way back in 2015. The boys have given us Creye in 2018, II in 2021, and III Weightless in 2023, and on the 24th of April, they deliver their colossal new album IV Aftermath. From that comes the powering new single Only You, which I will be reviewing for you today.

Only You – A crunching, guitar-driven intro wanders through the track as the kick-ass double bass kicks bring the heat in this soaring, melodic rocker track that instantly puts a smile on your face. The cool synth tones are weaving their way through the arrangement as the band shifts through the gears. As this fantastic track comes to life, the crisp, melodic vocals really elevate the track as a punchy, heavy-ended rhythm section controls the direction of this melodic wonder. The lyrics are weaving their way through the track as the thundering twin guitar licks really grab our attention in this foot-stomping bruiser as it just tells its own story. The boys have spent some time honing their sound and have come up with a real gem of a track that just has us reaching for the repeat button.
