Legendary guitarist Dave Hill, founding member and lead guitarist of Slade, today releases his debut solo single, “Play It To The Crowd.”

The track is the first taste of Dave’s eagerly anticipated debut solo album, Dirty Foot Lane, which will be released on 30th October.

Inspired by the return of live music after the pandemic, “Play It To The Crowd” is a rousing rock anthem celebrating the unique connection between artists and audiences. The accompanying video captures that spirit perfectly, combining energetic performance footage with imagery that reflects the excitement, emotion and sheer thrill of being back on stage in front of a live audience.
