Charlotte Sands is an alt – pop trailblazer from Los Angeles, California who came to our attention in 2018when she won Best Breakthrough Album @ Heavy Music Awards. Charlotte has amassed over 300 million streams and all this whilst remaining a fully independent artist, Charlotte has shared the stage with the likes of My Chemical Romance, 5 Seconds Of Summer & Yungblud, she brought us her killer single Hush back in June and returns with her new single Neckdeep, blending bratty hyperpop with brooding alt – rock, please join me as I take us through this explosive new single.

Neckdeep – Sampler tones weave their way through the intro as a thundering rhythm section brings the groove as the soulful, melodic vocals flow effortlessly through the track. The dark, crunching alt pop tones are really letting the track express itself as we feel the energy oozing from this fantastic musician, the groove is steeped in dark, punchy sampler grooves that just builds and builds as the crunching guitar riffs kick in the doors and really let us have it with both barrels. The thundering rhythm section is hitting us with a real solid snare drum beat as the synth tones filter through and really give this composition something special, we are really catching the groove from this exciting musician as she changes pace and direction to really let us feel the emotion oozing from the track.
