Roxoff 2026 – The May Bank Holiday Rock Weekend You Don’t Want To Miss

When – 2nd & 3rd May 2026

Where – The Brickmakers, Norwich (2nd) Epic Studios, Norwich (3rd)

Norwich, famously known in some circles as the home of Alan Partridge, is set for a full Bank Holiday blast of live rock as Roxoff returns for its third year with its biggest event so far. What began as an independent festival has now expanded into a two-day weekender across larger venues, bringing 14 bands to the city across the first weekend in May.

Saturday 2nd May takes place at The Brickmakers in Norwich, where seven acts will hit the main stage for what promises to be the heavier side of the weekend. Opening the day are local outfit CTOAN, followed by Jehenna, who made a strong impression on the Call of the Wild Trailblazer stage last year.

Planet Fatale are next up, led by the commanding presence of Helen Johnson before heavy rockers Pryma keep the music belting out. The Soul Revival bring the swagger, while Until 9 arrive armed with riffs and choruses built to be shouted back from the front row. Closing the night will be Swiss headliners Daxx & Roxane, making sure Saturday ends at full volume.

Sunday 3rd May moves to Epic Studios, closer to Norwich city centre and handily placed for hotels, transport links and anyone who prefers not to embark on an expedition before their first band of the day. The second day leans more towards classic and melodic rock, beginning with the ever-distinctive HeKz. Once described by Prog Magazine as sounding like “Queen having a barney with Dream Theater as Rush and Iron Maiden duke it out on the sidelines,” they should provide a memorable start.

Festival favourites This House We Built and Liberty Slaves know how to bring the party to the party, before Nebraska’s The Midnight Devils roll in with their trademark sense of fun. If that’s not enough, Juliet’s Not Dead bring modern high-energy rock, paving the way for Marisa and the Moths and Sunday night headliners Wolfsbane with Blaze Bayley.

With travel and entertainment costs continuing to rise, Roxoff have made a clear effort to keep the weekend affordable. Tickets are priced at £15 for Saturday and £30 for Sunday, making it a refreshing change from the sort of prices that normally require a small loan.

More than anything, Roxoff is built on passion for grassroots rock and giving independent bands a platform. For anyone who loves discovering new music alongside established favourites, this could be one of the Bank Holiday weekend’s best destinations. And because it’s a Bank Holiday, you have Monday to recover, recharge, and explain your sore neck.
