Robyn Red is country music artist from Airdre, Scotland who is fast becoming one of the most talked about British Country Acts to date, 2019 sees Robyn take a trip to Los Angeles to compete in the World Championships of Performing Arts and returned home with a Gold & Silver medal. 2023 sees her reaching the finals of The British Country Music finals and being awarded the BCMA Horizon Artist of 2024, Robyn has won Clews Country music award for new artist, was a finalist for Artist Of The Year & Female Singer of The Year 2023. Fast forward and we find Robyn has played C2C @ The Hydro, Millport Country Music Festival, Buckle & Boots, British Country Music Festival, Foodies Festival & Bute Fest. Watermelon Moonshine(Lainey Wilson cover) – As Robyn tunes her guitar she tells us of when she saw Lainey on Friday and said she just had to put one of her tracks into her set. Robyn begins the track with incredible mellow notes that allow the guitar to bring this fantastic cover to life as we feel the groove oozing from the stage as she takes us through this incredible ballad that just oozes class. The tone of her vocals is something else as we just let her break free and deliver a real heart tugging performance that really captures this young artist doing what she loves to do, boy does she do it well, Robyn stands in real shock at the reception she gets from that stellar performance as we stroll into a story about Rory McCallum


My World Is Yours – This is a real mellow offering that takes us on a journey as Robyn lets her fabulous vocals give this arrangement depthas the lyrics bring so much to this stunning composition. The crisp acoustic strumming chords allow this country ballad to wrap itself around Glasgow tonight as the smooth melodic vocals really take us on a journey that showcases the versatility of this exciting talent right here in Glasgow tonight. Luke Jackson – Robyn tells us the story about Luke Jackson and that there is a real person by that name but the track is not about the real Luke Jackson. The acoustic strumming chord really give us the idea behind this toe tapping track that bring a real swagger to Glasgow tonight as we feel the smooth melodic vocals tear through Audio tonight. The place is silent as Robyn soars with this fantastic track that allows her to reach new heights with her incredible range as she strums heavily on her guitar and really delivers a phenomenal arrangement that just lets her bring us a real thought provoking piece as we watch the stage and really see this artist grow in every way as we reach the last track of the evening


Just Need The Wine – This is a track about a hoose party that went wrong from the getgo as her pals were dropping like flies and she just needed a swally to get through the night. A Cool toe tapping number that brings Robyn’s killer vocals front and centre as she brings us a nice punchy tempo laden track to finish us off tonight, the tempo reaches down to your toes that brings swagger to the final track that just lets us know that we have witnessed a star in the making right here in my hometown Glasgow. The lyrics are just magic as there is real Scottish banter flowing freely through this warm, melodic, sweet fun poking track that sends us home with a smile on our faces tonight.
