Brazilian/Canadian guitarist also presents the video for the third single, “Mom’s Lullaby.”

Rod Rodrigues has released his new album, Tales of a Changing Life Part 2, now available on all streaming platforms. The album, which follows the singles “Inukshuk” and “On The Road,” was produced by Rod Rodrigues, mixed by Renato Osório, and mastered by Kris Crummett (Nick Johnston, Issues, Sleeping With Sirens).

Along with the album release, which features art direction, design, and illustration by Gus Avancini, Rod has also made available the video for the single “Mom’s Lullaby.” “My mother was always an excellent singer and the biggest musical influence in my life. When I was a child, she would play guitar and sing to me as I fell asleep. That left a lasting impression on me, and I wanted to honor her with ‘Mom’s Lullaby,’ one of my favorite tracks,” said Rod.

Rod was joined by guitarists Hugo Mariutti, Angel Vivaldi, and Roy Ziv; bassists Heitor Tenorio and Bruno Ladislau; drummers John Macaluso (ARK, TNT, Yngwie Malmsteen, Riot, among others), Rodrigo Abelha, and Lucas Emidio; as well as Orlan Charles (keyboards, piano, and saxophone), Rodrigo Sperandio (brazilian viola), and vocalists Wesley Poison, Ana Carla de Carli, Andressa Alves, Caroline Grossi, Matheus Grossi, and Francis Botene on Tales of a Changing Life Part 2.

“I believe I reached my peak as a musician and composer in Tales of a Changing Life Part 2. I was able to convey through music all the emotions of the transformation my life has gone through in the past 10 years. Moreover, I was fortunate to have the best team of musicians, each adding their unique and special touch to the work,” said the guitarist.
