Metal Devastation Radio’s Zach Moonshine recently sat down with underground music legends Bobby Liebling of Pentagram and Sonny Vincent of Testors and The Limit for an in-depth interview covering a wide range of topics surrounding The Limit’s upcoming sophomore album, Another Drop, due out July 31 via Silver Lining Music.

“We really didn’t want to use AI artwork,” Vincent explained while discussing the album’s visual presentation.
At the same time, Vincent acknowledged the rapidly changing role of AI in modern creative work, comparing its current reception to the early days of CDs and mobile phones, both of which initially faced skepticism before becoming mainstream.
“I think we’re in a transition where some people are very allergic to AI and some people think it’s a cool creative tool,” Vincent stated.

Beyond the AI conversation, the interview revealed the extraordinary lengths taken to ensure the highest possible audio quality for Another Drop. Vincent disclosed that he personally rejected the album’s initial vinyl test pressing after extensive listening sessions on multiple sound systems, including high-end audiophile equipment.
Rather than compromising, the band worked with respected mastering engineers to refine the final product and bring the vinyl release closer to the sound and energy of the original recordings.
